Astorierespects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 ("DMCA"), we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed using our service.

How to File a DMCA Takedown Request

If you believe that content hosted on our platform infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice. Your notice must include the following:

1. Your full legal name, physical address, phone number, and email address
2. A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
3. The URL of the content on our platform that you claim is infringing
4. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
5. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate
6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner
7. Your physical or electronic signature

Counter-Notification Process

If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification. Your counter-notification must include:

1. Your full legal name, physical address, phone number, and email address
2. Identification of the content that was removed
3. An explanation of why you believe the content does not infringe
4. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the content was removed by mistake or misidentification
5. Consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for your judicial district
6. Your physical or electronic signature

After we receive a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the original claimant. If the claimant does not notify us within 10-14 business days that they have filed a court action, we will restore the content.

Copyright Strike Policy

We maintain a three-strike policy for copyright violations:

1. First strike: Your content is removed and you receive a warning
2. Second strike: Additional content is removed with a stronger warning
3. Third strike: Your account may be suspended or terminated

Copyright strikes expire after 90 days, provided no further violations occur.

Good Faith Requirement

Please be aware that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees. We reserve the right to ignore DMCA notifications that do not comply with the requirements above.
