Ultimate starts at $99/month for 10,000 credits and scales to $249/month for 25,000, with the highest concurrency, top-up discounts, and unlimited access on premium models. Annual billing saves up to 40% for your first year during this limited-time offer, then renews at the standard annual rate.

How do subscription credits and top-up credits work?

We use a dual-balance system. Subscription credits come with your plan and reset every billing cycle — unused credits do not roll over. Top-up credits are credits you purchase separately and they don't reset monthly. When you run a job, subscription credits are spent first; top-ups are used only after your subscription credits are exhausted.

Do top-up credits expire?

Yes — purchased top-up credits expire 3 months after the purchase date. Make sure to use them within that window. Subscription credits don't "expire" in the same sense, but they reset to your plan's quota on each billing cycle and unused amounts don't carry over.

What happens when my subscription auto-renews?

Auto-renewal on the same plan doesn't change anything you already have — you stay on the same plan, your subscription credits refresh to your plan's monthly quota, and any active perks (including limited-time unlimited access on Nano Banana Pro and model discounts) carry over unchanged. We never replace or shorten an active perk when you renew on the same plan.

What happens when I upgrade my plan?

Upgrades take effect immediately. You instantly get the new plan's quota and benefits, and you're charged at the new plan's price from that moment. Note: any plan-linked perks (like unlimited Nano Banana Pro access or model discounts) are re-issued under the new plan's current terms when you change plans — see the next question if you're on a legacy perk.

What happens when I downgrade?

Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep your current plan's quota and perks until then. You can schedule the change from your account settings. This ensures you get full value from what you've already paid.

I'm on an older plan with 365-day unlimited Nano Banana Pro access. What happens if I upgrade?

Accepted Answer

Renewing on the same plan keeps your 365-day unlimited access intact. However, switching to a different plan (for example, monthly → annual, or Pro → Ultimate) re-issues your Nano Banana Pro unlimited access under the current 7-day terms. If you'd like to preserve your legacy perk when changing plans, email support@astorie.ai before switching and we'll help you transition without losing it.

Can I cancel anytime? What happens to my credits?

Yes, cancel anytime via Manage Subscription in your account settings. When you cancel, your plan is downgraded to Free at the end of the current billing period and your remaining subscription credits are cleared — they're tied to the subscription. Your top-up credits, however, remain in your wallet and can still be used (within their 3-month expiry window), even on the Free plan.

Do you offer refunds?

Per our Terms of Service, subscription charges are non-refundable by default — payments are not eligible for refund on demand. We review exceptional cases (billing errors, accidental duplicate charges, or issues caused by us) individually. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, etc.), plus regional methods such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, Alipay, WeChat Pay, SEPA, and bank transfers. We also support PayPal as an alternative checkout option.

How is the Team plan different from individual plans?

Team workspaces share one billing account and a shared credit pool, with per-seat pricing and centralized admin controls (member limits, usage tracking, billing alerts). Generations are attributed per member but credits are pulled from the team pool. For larger studios or custom contracts, the Enterprise tier adds dedicated support, custom SLAs, and bespoke commercial terms — contact us for a quote.

Can I use AI-generated content commercially?

Commercial use is available on paid plans only (Standard, Pro, Ultimate, Team, and Enterprise). Outputs generated on the Free plan are for personal exploration only and are not licensed for commercial use. For paid plans, we don't claim ownership of your outputs, subject to our Terms of Service. Caveats: AI copyright law varies by jurisdiction and is evolving; some third-party models we route to have their own commercial-use restrictions (surfaced on the model card); and you remain responsible for ensuring your inputs and outputs don't infringe third-party rights.
