Download the selected clips using the export controls available in your workspace. Check the exported files on disk and confirm their resolution, frame rate, duration and audio channels.
Create organized bins in Premiere Pro for selects, alternates and reference stills. Import one clip first, place it on your sequence and verify smooth playback, framing and timing against your sequence settings.

Do not assume a native `.prproj` project export or a built-in Premiere Pro panel unless your workspace explicitly offers one. Plan on exporting selected video files from the canvas and importing them into your Premiere Pro project bins.
Keep the same scene and shot identifier while incrementing the version number on the new file. Import the revised clip into your Premiere Pro bin, verify that its duration and frame rate cover your existing in and out points, and swap it into the sequence.
You can generate voiceover or sound cues in an Audio node on the canvas, then bring those audio files into Premiere Pro alongside your video selects. Final dialogue timing, ducking, transitions and mix levels belong on the Premiere Pro timeline.
