What if I forget my password?

On the login page, click Forgot Password, enter your email, and follow the instructions to reset your password.

Canvas Operations

How do I undo an action?

Undo: Cmd/Ctrl+Z. Redo: macOS Cmd+Shift+Z · Windows/Linux Ctrl+Y.

Is the canvas infinitely large?

Yes, Astorie is an infinite canvas. You can pan and add nodes without limits.

How do I delete a node?

Select the node and press Delete / Backspace.

Generation

How long does generation take?

Images: Usually 5-30 seconds
Videos: 30 seconds - 5 minutes (depending on model and duration)
Audio: 5-30 seconds

What if generation fails?

Check your network connection
Verify you have sufficient credits
Try switching to a different model
If the problem persists, contact support

What models are supported?

Astorie integrates various mainstream AI models, including:

Images: FLUX, Midjourney, DALL·E, Ideogram, and more
Videos: Runway, Kling, Sora, Hailuo, and more
Audio: ElevenLabs, OpenAI TTS, and more

Credits & Subscriptions

How are credits calculated?

Different models and operations consume different amounts of credits. Please check the Pricing page for details.

What if I run out of credits?

You can purchase credit packs on the Account page or upgrade your subscription plan.

Other

Are projects automatically saved?

Yes, all changes are automatically saved to the cloud.

Can I export my work?

Yes. Click the Download button on any node to download images, videos, or audio.
